WHY SHOULD I DOWNLOAD THE MY PATHWAY TO HEALTH® MOBILE APP?
The My Pathway to Health® mobile app will allow you to access your health and wellness information and to complete your employer’s wellness program requirements at your leisure from anywhere you can access the app.
WHAT CAN I DO ON THE APP?
On the My Pathway to Health® mobile app, you will be able to complete many of the same functions as you can on the My Pathway to Health® website. This includes completing your Know Your Number® Questionnaire, updating health trackers, communicating with your health coach, and monitoring your scorecard point accumulation.
WHAT CAN I NOT DO ON THE APP?
FITNESS DEVICE CONNECTION: At this time, you must set up the initial connection of your fitness device/app on the mypathwaytohealth.com website. However, once the initial connection is established, you will be able to view your fitness device/app data on the mobile app.
CHAT WITH A COACH: Orthus Health will soon be releasing a new feature exclusive to the mobile app that will allow you to securely “text” with a health coach to answer your health and wellness questions on the go!
CAN I REGISTER FOR MYPATHWAYTOHEALTH.COM VIA THE MOBILE APP?
Yes! Your login credentials for both the website and the mobile app will be the same
IF I ALREADY HAVE A MY PATHWAY TO HEALTH® ACCOUNT, WILL I NEED TO CREATE A NEW LOGIN FOR THE MOBILE APP?
Not at all! Existing My Pathway to Health® users will be able to access the new mobile app using the same username and password that they are currently using.
IS IT SAFE TO TRANSMIT MY HEALTH INFORMATION TO MY COACH ON THE MOBILE APP?
Yes! The mobile app utilizes the same secure server connection as the website to transmit your personal health data.
WHERE CAN I DOWNLOAD THE NEW MOBILE APP?
My Pathway to Health® users will be able to download the mobile app through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
