CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
Jeff Surges has over 20 years of executive experience managing high-growth healthcare information technology companies. Jeff currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of RLDatix, the global leader in patient safety information technology solutions, where he is overseeing the rapid growth and transformation of the company into a Governance, Risk & Compliance platform.
Prior to joining RLDatix, Jeff most recently served as CEO of Connecture, a publicly traded company in the payor sector, where he led the turnaround resulting a ‘take private’ transaction by private equity. Before Connecture, Jeff was President of Healthgrades, a leading online resource for comprehensive provider information. Jeff was also the CEO of Merge Healthcare, a medical imaging company, that was acquired by IBM and was President of Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, a leading healthcare information technology provider, where he led the company’s global sales and marketing teams. Early in his career, Jeff was a co-founder and CEO of Extended Care Information Network, a healthcare information technology company, for eight years through the company’s start-up, early stage and growth phases culminating in an acquisition by Allscripts.
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER & PRESIDENT
Chris leads Orthus Health as CEO and President, responsible for strategic oversight, growth, and business operations. Chris has spent over 20 years in the Healthcare Information Technology, (HIT) space partnering with top companies like Cerner, IDX/GE, and EPIC Systems.
Chris has served in senior leadership positions with Eclipsys/Allscripts, responsible for New Business Sales, and Enterprise Revenue Cycle Product Development. Previously at McKesson, Chris led the Managed Services Group (MSG), including Remote Hosting, IT Outsourcing, and Technology Sales. Chris began his HIT career in Imaging, and software consulting sales.
VP OF OPERATIONS
Wes Galbo is Vice President of Operations & Client Delivery for Orthus Health. He is responsible for developing scalable processes, methodologies and analytics capabilities to serve clients in the most efficient, profitable and highest quality manner.
Prior to Orthus Health, Wes served as Vice President, Product Management for ConnectiveRx. In this role, he identified and drove delivery of innovative, point-of-care patient and provider messaging solutions to support double-digit annual revenue growth. His 20+ years of experience in healthcare technology also includes strategic marketing and business development leadership positions with McKesson, Allscripts, and Optum.
Wes earned both his Bachelor of Science and MBA degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
VP OF PRODUCT MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT
An innovative product leader with a broad track record in strategy, systems thinking, and technology start-ups, Keith joined Orthus Health in 2019. Keith’s career path included Greenway Medical Technology (EMR), Colorado Business School (MBA), CoreLogic (Data & Analytics), ZirMed (Revenue Cycle Management), and Tech Start-ups.
Specialties are growing start-ups, winning Product Strategies, and delivering products that customers love.

VP OF CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Chance joined Orthus Health in 2015 and leads all customer delivery (implementation services, account management, and customer support).
He is responsible for defining best-in-class service solutions and aligning all Orthus Health operations to deliver multi-dimensional results for client wellness strategies.
Chance has worked in Healthcare Information Technologies for more than 20 years and has extensive experience leading enterprise product service and support organizations. Prior to joining Orthus Health, Chance held various senior leadership positions for McKesson Corporation spanning all aspects of patient care.
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
As Chief Technology Officer, Yogesh leads the product and engineering teams at Orthus. He is responsible for aligning technical and business priorities to deliver best-in-industry solutions. He establishes a technological vision for the organization and drives the company's technological development.
Before Orthus Health, Yogesh spent two decades working with multiple Fortune 500 companies leading software development of their web and mobile solutions.
Yogesh holds an undergraduate degree in Engineering and an MBA in Finance. Additionally, he is a graduate of Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
ANDREA COVIELLO, MD, FACE, MMCi, MSc
Dr. Coviello is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism as well as Obesity Medicine. As both a practicing physician at Duke Health and Associate Professor at the Duke University School of Medicine, Dr. Coviello brings over 25 years of clinical experience and knowledge to Orthus Health.
She works alongside the product development team to expand Orthus Health for Diabetes with clinically relevant, evidence-based interventions.

VP OF FINANCE
Steven brings over 16 years of financial and administrative leadership to Orthus Health. Prior to joining the Company, he served as the Director of Accounting & Administration for a medical device company, and has also held financial leadership roles with Medfusion, Cree and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Steve is a certified public accountant in North Carolina and Ohio.
Steven earned a BSBA from Youngstown State, Master’s Degree in Accounting from Kent State University and an MBA from East Carolina University.
