VP OF FINANCE
Steven brings over 16 years of financial and administrative leadership to Orthus Health. Prior to joining the Company, he served as the Director of Accounting & Administration for a medical device company, and has also held financial leadership roles with Medfusion, Cree and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Steve is a certified public accountant in North Carolina and Ohio.
Steven earned a BSBA from Youngstown State, Master’s Degree in Accounting from Kent State University and an MBA from East Carolina University.
ANDREA COVIELLO, MD, FACE, MMCi, MSc
CHIEF MEDICAL OFFICER
Dr. Coviello is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism as well as Obesity Medicine. As both a practicing physician at Duke Health and Associate Professor at the Duke University School of Medicine, Dr. Coviello brings over 25 years of clinical experience and knowledge to Orthus Health.
She works alongside the product development team to expand Orthus Health for Diabetes with clinically relevant, evidence-based interventions.

VP OF CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Chance joined Orthus Health in 2015 and leads all customer delivery (implementation services, account management, and customer support).
He is responsible for defining best-in-class service solutions and aligning all Orthus Health operations to deliver multi-dimensional results for client wellness strategies.
Chance has worked in Healthcare Information Technologies for more than 20 years and has extensive experience leading enterprise product service and support organizations. Prior to joining Orthus Health, Chance held various senior leadership positions for McKesson Corporation spanning all aspects of patient care.
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
As Chief Technology Officer, Yogesh leads the product and engineering teams at Orthus. He is responsible for aligning technical and business priorities to deliver best-in-industry solutions. He establishes a technological vision for the organization and drives the company's technological development.
Before Orthus Health, Yogesh spent two decades working with multiple Fortune 500 companies leading software development of their web and mobile solutions.
Yogesh holds an undergraduate degree in Engineering and an MBA in Finance. Additionally, he is a graduate of Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
MARIA WAGNER BSN, RN, CDCES
DIABETES CLINICAL DIRECTOR
Maria Wagner obtained her nursing degree from the University of Pittsburgh. After moving to the Raleigh area, she obtained her certification for diabetes education from the National Certification Board of Diabetes Educators. Maria worked in the Duke Health System for over three years, most recently at Duke Children’s Specialty Clinic as an ambulatory care nurse and Certified Diabetes Educator.
Maria leads the Orthus Health for Diabetes solution as a health coach and diabetes care and education specialist. She is responsible for continuing to develop out and enhance the program alongside the product development team and Orthus Health CMO Dr. Andrea Coviello.
MARKETING + COMMUNICATIONS
Our analytics team reviews data from a prospective and retrospective view. They work with clients to uncover hidden cost-savings opportunities. Our team provides reporting, analysis, and recommendations based on your unique data.
Every client is assigned a dedicated Account Manager. The Account Manager serves as the point of contact for the client and provides guidance and support during the duration of the wellness program.
Health Coaching is a highly recommended service offered by Orthus Health. Our experienced health coaches are qualified registered nurses and exercise physiologist that assist members in achieving their wellness goals.
We have an in-house marketing and communications team which assists in customizing client and member materials. Our team works with clients to ensure that members stay informed and energized for their program.
Our Member Support team is composed of bilingual support specialists. Our call center assist members in answering questions from the beginning of their on-boarding process throughout the duration of their program.
All of our platforms are homegrown solutions. Our product development team works to create solutions that fill gaps in the market and enhance our current platforms to meet industry needs and standards.
